The DL is a multi-level rooftop club, lounge, restaurant and event space at 95 Delancey Street on Manhattan’s Lower East Side — three floors, each with its own bar and sound, crowned by a rooftop with a retractable glass roof.
Where are you located?
95 Delancey St, New York, NY 10002, on the corner of Delancey and Ludlow — one block from the Lower East Side Tenement Museum. The closest subway is F, J, M, Z to Delancey St – Essex St, one block away.
When are you open?
Most weeks: KOMPA Tuesdays 8 PM–2 AM, and Friday and Saturday nights 10 PM–4 AM, plus rooftop day parties and special events. Every night’s times are on its event page.
How do I RSVP or get on the list?
Open the night on our calendar and RSVP free — it takes you to the event’s page on Posh (or Eventbrite for some promoter events). Skip-the-line tickets are available there too.
Is the rooftop open when it rains or in winter?
Yes. The rooftop has a fully retractable glass roof, so it opens to the sky in good weather and closes to stay warm and dry in winter or rain.
How old do you have to be?
The DL is 21+ with a strict “No ID, no entry” policy. A proper government-issued photo ID is required. International and domestic passports are accepted. Foreign ID cards and foreign driver’s licenses are not accepted. IDNYC cards are not accepted.
What is the dress code?
Neat, casual and trendy-chic — dress to impress. A collared shirt is preferred for men (strictly enforced after 7 PM). No athletic or baggy wear, cargo pants or camouflage; no hoodies, white or graphic tees or jerseys. No construction boots of any kind (including UGGs, Timberland, ACG or Polo boots), hats, caps or snapbacks. No backpacks, flip-flops, shorts or tanks. Entry is always at the discretion of the door team.
What music do you play?
Rooftop: open format on Friday and Saturday nights — Top 40, pop, house, R&B, a little of everything. The Lounge: reggaeton Fridays and Saturdays.
Do you offer free tables?
Free table reservations are available on Fridays and Saturdays for arrivals between 10:00 and 10:30 PM, for groups of 12 or more. Availability is limited and first-come, first-served; reservations must be booked in advance and are subject to confirmation. Seating only — food and beverage not included. Not valid on holidays or special events.
Do you offer bottle service?
Yes — packages start at $500 (The Rivington) and the full bottle menu covers vodka, tequila, gin, whiskey, cognac, rum and champagne. Book a table online, by WhatsApp or by phone.
What is “Skip the Line”?
“Skip the Line” is a VIP ticket that lets you bypass the regular queue for priority access, a complimentary drink and other perks.
Do you have a coat check?
Yes — cash only, currently $5.
Can I host a private event at The DL?
Absolutely. The Rooftop, The Lounge and Le Jardin Bistro can each be booked on their own, or all three for one night, with open bar and catering packages. Send an inquiry on the Private Events page or download the event deck.
Lost & found
Missing something, or left a tab open with your ID and card? Come back between 5–10 PM to speak with a manager, or call 1–9 PM, Monday to Friday. Lost clothing and accessories are donated after one week.
