Event Guidelines and Policies:

1. Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to attend the event.
2. ID to Enter: Please bring a valid ID that matches the purchaser's name for entry.
3. Event Timing: The DJ set will begin at 10 PM, and the doors will close at 3 AM.

Refunds and Cancellations: All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies (including COVID-19), employment issues, traffic, parking, transportation problems, etc. In the event of a cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Entry Denial: We reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder without providing a refund for reasons including, but not limited to, disorderly behavior, failure to comply with venue rules, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions. Talent changes and promised amenities are not grounds for a refund.

Support and Complaints: If you encounter any issues during the event, you must file a complaint within 5 calendar days following the event date. Failure to do so will waive your right to request compensation. Please contact us at https://www.thedl-nyc.com/ for support.

Event Booking: By purchasing a ticket, you are entitled to attend the specific event, date, start time, and end time stated on the ticket. If you do not attend the event, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

Release of Liability: By purchasing tickets, you release us from any liability or claims for damages that may arise during your attendance and participation at the event, including personal injury or damage to personal property, regardless of negligence on our part.

Indemnity: By purchasing tickets, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your compliance with this indemnity clause. You also release us from any claims or demands against us.

Agreement: By placing an order, you confirm that you have received and understood this policy, and you agree to abide by its clauses. This policy constitutes a binding contract between you and the venue.
